Key Responsibilities
- Directing the annual budget process and aligning it with corporate strategy
- Preparing and presenting monthly performance commentary to the Board
- Constructing long-term financial plans to facilitate investor communications
- Developing scenario-based models to evaluate potential investments
- Partnering with operational teams to drive financial literacy and performance
- Calculating business-critical expenses including commissions and incentives
- Optimizing internal processes to improve reporting efficiency
Essential
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A or a commercial finance capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record in financial forecasting and complex modeling
- Ability to work from the London office at least 3 days per week
Preferred
- Previous experience working within a high-growth SME environment
- Background in financial services or technology-driven sectors
- Experience with listed company reporting requirements
