Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend strategic growth and investment opportunities in EMEA
- Lead comprehensive financial valuations and due diligence for M&A and JVs
- Develop investment committee materials and executive presentations
- Partner with local management to drive regional strategy and capital allocation
- Manage the negotiation of transaction documents and commercial terms
- Oversee cross-functional teams and mentor junior corporate development associates
Essential
- Must have legal right to work and reside in the United Kingdom
- Extensive background in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
- Proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
- Deep understanding of the media and entertainment sector
- Experience leading cross-functional deal teams and mentoring staff
- Ability to travel up to 20% for business needs
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.)
Preferred
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
