Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary senior escalation point and relationship owner for a portfolio of clients
- Lead service governance through QBRs, steering committees, and operational checkpoints
- Manage the commercial lifecycle of accounts including renewals, extensions, and change controls
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to ensure quality across software and cloud engagements
- Drive account retention and identify opportunities for service expansion
Essential
- Deep experience in delivery leadership within IT consulting or digital services
- Proven track record of managing senior-level client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Experience overseeing diverse delivery models including augmentation and outcome-based projects
- Ability to manage account financials, including forecasting and margin tracking
- Experience drafting and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and managing contract renewals
- Willingness to travel for regular on-site client visits (at least monthly)
Preferred
- Experience working within a matrix management structure
- Background in software engineering, cloud, or data-driven digital transformation
- History of driving account growth and identifying incremental sales opportunities
