Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for legal, operations, and technology roles globally
  • Execute direct sourcing and headhunting strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Design and implement scalable recruitment frameworks and workforce strategies
  • Optimize hiring costs by leveraging offshore and nearshore delivery locations
  • Collaborate with leadership to align talent acquisition with company growth goals

Essential

  • Extensive experience in legal recruitment or specialized professional services
  • Proven track record of hiring in lower-cost global talent markets (offshore/nearshore)
  • Ability to operate as an individual contributor while building long-term strategy
  • Strong commercial awareness and focus on workforce cost optimization
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for legal and legal-tech roles
  • Ability to work 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth legal technology or ALSP environment
