Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the transition from sales to active product implementation for new users
  • Monitor engagement metrics to ensure high levels of product adoption
  • Advocate for client needs internally to influence the product roadmap
  • Identify expansion opportunities to be transitioned to Sales Executives
  • Maintain and protect the existing annual and monthly recurring revenue streams

Essential

  • Ability to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new technical clients
  • Proven track record in relationship management and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Experience in revenue defense and maintaining recurring revenue (MRR/ARR)
  • Capability to conduct professional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Skill in identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactive approach to monitoring customer health and mitigating churn risks

Preferred

  • Experience within the fintech or financial services sector
  • Familiarity with AI-powered risk decisioning or analytics platforms
