Key Responsibilities
- Leading data-led transformation projects across multiple business units
- Managing and mentoring consulting teams during complex assignments
- Conducting commercial diagnostic reviews and identifying improvement initiatives
- Developing and implementing practical commercial levers and operating model enhancements
- Collaborating with senior client stakeholders to deliver large-scale change
Essential
- Proven experience as a Management Consultant at the Team Lead or Manager level
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams within complex, large-scale assignments
- Strong background in stakeholder and client relationship management
- Expertise in commercial analytics, including pricing, margin analysis, and financial modelling
- Willingness to work across diverse functional areas including strategy and change management
Preferred
- Experience within the engineering, energy, infrastructure, transport, or utilities sectors
- Background in sustainability or environmental consulting
- Experience working within a high-growth or post-acquisition environment
