Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of HubSpot administration including pipelines and automations
- Developing and organizing sales collateral such as decks and case studies
- Managing data enrichment tools to improve ICP targeting
- Providing leadership with performance insights and growth forecasting
- Onboarding and training SDRs and AEs on sales processes
- Auditing the sales tech stack to ensure high ROI on all tools
Essential
- Proven professional experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Advanced hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM management
- Experience building and maintaining sales pipelines and deal stages
- Ability to create and manage automated workflows and dashboards
- Strong background in data hygiene and CRM reporting
- Experience with sales enablement and collateral management
Preferred
- Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry
