Key Responsibilities

  • Design and scale the internal 'operating system' for the product organization
  • Implement AI agents to automate manual tasks and increase team velocity
  • Facilitate strategic planning cycles to align roadmaps with company OKRs

  • Manage and optimize the product tech stack including Linear and Pendo
  • Lead change management initiatives to keep remote teams aligned

Essential

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management
  • Extensive background in high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to integrate LLMs and Generative AI into operational workflows
  • Expertise in systems thinking and building scalable organizational frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills for high-stakes mediation
  • Residency within the +4 / -4 UTC time zone range

Preferred

  • Experience in Fintech, HR-tech, or Legal-tech sectors
  • Previous experience working in a fully distributed, remote-first company
  • Strong background in change management for global teams
