Key Responsibilities
- Execute complex software deployments on time and within scope
- Partner with Sales to identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Mobilize internal expertise from Data and Tech teams for client-specific delivery
- Establish the first- and second-level support infrastructure
- Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmap requirements
Essential
- Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software implementations
- Experience managing senior client stakeholders including Fund Managers and ESG Directors
- Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional delivery squads (Product, Tech, Data)
- Capacity to define and scale Customer Success playbooks and support strategies
- Strong feedback loop management between customers and internal product/tech teams
Preferred
- Experience in PropTech or FinTech sectors
- Background in high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity with real estate investment or asset management workflows
- Knowledge of ESG regulations and decarbonization strategies
