Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and refining data-driven grant proposals and comprehensive donor reports
- Leading the end-to-end project management of the proposal lifecycle
- Acting as a strategic deputy to the Public Fundraising Team Lead
- Conducting deep-dive research into donor priorities and funding mechanisms
- Ensuring data accuracy and stewardship across all fundraising communications
Essential
- 5 to 7+ years of total professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years specifically in grant writing or technical proposal development
- Proven track record working with bilateral and multilateral institutional donors
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, persuasive narratives
- Fluency in English with superior written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a citizen or permanent resident of an eligible country (UK, Netherlands, France, or Belgium)
Preferred
- Prior experience within social enterprises or international development NGOs
- Background in the agricultural sector or food security initiatives
- Experience in a deputy leadership or strategic support role
