Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new high-value merchants
  • Provide ongoing strategic guidance to ensure clients meet their e-commerce KPIs
  • Collaborate with Product teams to relay customer feedback and influence the AI roadmap

Essential
