Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
  • Champion the adoption of HR self-service tools and maintain Workday data accuracy
  • Resolve employee queries through the HR ticketing system with high transparency
  • Generate service metrics and activity logs to drive continuous process improvement
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and support immigration compliance tasks

Essential

  • Prior experience working within an HR Shared Service or People Operations environment
  • Hands-on experience managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes
  • Proven ability to manage HR ticketing systems and high-volume inboxes
  • Experience maintaining data integrity within core HR systems
  • Knowledge of drafting and issuing formal employee documentation and compliance materials

Preferred

  • Direct experience using Workday for HRIS management
  • Familiarity with visa and immigration administrative processes
  • Experience supporting cyclical reward and benefits projects
