Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
- Champion the adoption of HR self-service tools and maintain Workday data accuracy
- Resolve employee queries through the HR ticketing system with high transparency
- Generate service metrics and activity logs to drive continuous process improvement
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support immigration compliance tasks
Essential
- Prior experience working within an HR Shared Service or People Operations environment
- Hands-on experience managing Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes
- Proven ability to manage HR ticketing systems and high-volume inboxes
- Experience maintaining data integrity within core HR systems
- Knowledge of drafting and issuing formal employee documentation and compliance materials
Preferred
- Direct experience using Workday for HRIS management
- Familiarity with visa and immigration administrative processes
- Experience supporting cyclical reward and benefits projects
