Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for the CORE platform including security and identity foundations
- Collaborate with engineering to design and implement scalable system architectures
- Facilitate the integration of Duel’s platform with external enterprise ecosystems
- Support the sales process by demonstrating the robustness of the platform's technical core
- Drive the implementation of AI-driven features within the foundational platform
Essential
- Proven experience managing technical product lifecycles in a SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of enterprise security standards and identity management
- Ability to define and manage complex integration frameworks and APIs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong capability in crafting scalable architecture for high-traffic platforms
Preferred
- Experience in the retail or brand advocacy technology sector
