- Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap
- Develop and implement AI-native features for brand advocates
- Analyze user data to improve activation and retention rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of psychologists and brand experts

Essential
- Proven experience in product management within a SaaS environment
- Ability to make data-led decisions to drive product growth
- Experience managing and prioritizing a complex product roadmap
- Strong understanding of user engagement and retention metrics
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid London-based environment
