Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and finalize SaaS customer agreements, including MSAs, renewals, and amendments
  • Lead privacy advisory for the EMEA region, focusing on GDPR compliance and DPIA assessments
  • Develop and maintain legal playbooks and fallback positions to streamline the sales cycle
  • Partner with Product and Security teams to integrate privacy-by-design into new features
  • Manage vendor procurement reviews and internal legal knowledge management

Essential

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years post-JD legal experience
  • Significant experience in SaaS commercial contracting with a focus on sales-side negotiations
  • Deep understanding of European privacy frameworks including GDPR and UK GDPR
  • Must be physically located within a European time zone

Preferred

  • Residency in Ireland or the United Kingdom
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and cultures
  • Background in building scalable legal templates and playbooks
