Key Responsibilities

• Identify skill gaps through cross-departmental needs analysis
• Create and curate original training content and bespoke learning paths
• Manage the full lifecycle of L&D initiatives from budgeting to evaluation
• Partner with leadership to align educational programs with business goals
• Promote a company-wide culture of lifelong learning and self-ownership

Essential

• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive organizational needs assessments
• Experience designing and implementing diverse learning programs (workshops, e-learning, blended)
• Strong project management skills including budgeting and resource allocation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and department heads
• Proficiency in measuring training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback data

Preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or tech-forward environment
• Familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content curation
• Background in vendor management and external partner coordination
