- Own and evolve the global Compliance Monitoring and Oversight framework strategy
- Lead and mentor a high-performing international team of compliance professionals

- Ensure compliance frameworks are scalable and aligned with rapid product expansion
Essential
- Extensive experience in compliance monitoring and oversight within the financial services or fintech sector
