Key Responsibilities
- Directing the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI platforms for medium to high complexity enterprise projects
- Leading a dedicated delivery pod to ensure technical readiness and architectural alignment
- Translating complex technical milestones into business value for steering committees and sponsors
- Enforcing rigorous documentation standards including Runbooks, Design Docs, and Handover materials
- Monitoring deployment health through specific KPIs like Time to First Agent and Milestone On-Time Rate
Essential
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management within SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record delivering solutions in CCaaS, UCaaS, conversational AI, or IVR/IVA platforms
- Experience managing the full delivery lifecycle from initial scoping to hypercare and BAU handoff
- Ability to lead a pod-based delivery model (TPM, FDE, and Architect)
- Proficiency in managing RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and change control
- Experience navigating security reviews, data governance, and regulatory compliance within enterprise IT
Preferred
- Experience working with Global System Integrators (GSI) or BPO partners
- Background in prompt engineering strategy or conversational design oversight
- Experience with capacity and utilization modeling for resource planning
