Key Responsibilities
- Define and iterate on the product vision and strategy for the UK and new international markets
- Mentor and manage a team of Product Managers to drive a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams to integrate regulatory oversight into the product roadmap
- Deeply analyze merchant and user needs to create frictionless BNPL experiences
- Partner with engineering and design to execute high-impact product launches
Essential
- Proven track record of managing technical software products from inception through post-launch
- Direct experience managing and scaling a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Professional experience within the UK or European consumer technology markets
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset with a bias toward action and high agency
- Ability to engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering teams
Preferred
- Specific experience within the Fintech industry
- Direct background in Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product development
