Essential
- Minimum of 5 years in UX design roles

- Strong grasp of learning science principles and their application to digital products
- Ability to present and defend design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with accessibility standards and WCAG compliance
Preferred
- Professional background in literacy education or instructional design
- Experience conducting A/B testing and utilizing data for design iterations
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or assessment platforms
