Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities for regional entities
- Oversee payroll, accruals, prepayments, and lease-related accounting entries
- Manage revenue recording, cash receipts, and accounts receivable activity
- Maintain and update country-specific Gross-to-Net (GTN) files
- Collaborate with Commercial and Corporate teams to analyze KPIs and monthly results
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support external audit requirements
Essential
- Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Proven experience within a multinational corporate environment
- Strong background in General Ledger accounting and month-end processes
- Ability to manage complex reconciliations and variance investigations
Preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing sector
- Proficiency with Oracle ERP systems
- Familiarity with US GAAP reporting standards
- Experience with Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting and adjustments
