Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap
• Oversee the Casino Turnkey Solution and product delivery cycles
• Mentor and scale Product Managers and Heads of Product
• Establish best-in-class product rituals and governance
• Partner with cross-functional executives to align on business goals
• Manage product budgets and resource allocation

Essential

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management with significant experience in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of executing product strategies and roadmaps
• Experience in the iGaming industry or high-scale B2B SaaS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale product teams and processes
• Expertise in data-informed decision-making and market research

Preferred

• Experience managing Casino Turnkey Solutions
• Background in scaling international tech organizations
• Advanced knowledge of product governance and operational excellence
