Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the long-term product vision and roadmap
• Oversee the end-to-end product discovery and delivery lifecycle
• Mentor and scale the internal product management organization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align on business goals
• Optimize product governance, rituals, and operational predictability
• Act as the final point of escalation for product trade-offs and risks

Essential

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management with significant senior leadership experience
• Demonstrated history of launching and scaling complex digital products
• Extensive background in the B2B or B2C iGaming sector
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing product teams
• Deep expertise in Agile and Lean development methodologies
• Willingness to travel for business or relocate to Cyprus
• Strong strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute hands-on

Preferred

• Experience reporting directly to executive boards or C-suite stakeholders
• Background in highly data-driven product environments
• Experience navigating and scaling products within rapid-growth startup or scale-up phases
