  • Proven history of scaling revenue within highly regulated or complex sectors
  • Exceptional resilience and ability to thrive under extreme pressure and ambiguity

Preferred

  • Previous experience as a CRO, VP of Sales, or Head of BD at a deep-tech or defense firm
  • Demonstrated success transitioning products from prototype phases to official programs of record
  • Existing network of high-level contacts within defense primes, integrators, or the DoD
  • Background in startup or scale-up environments within mission-critical industries
