Essential
- Proven track record of building and scaling digital products from scratch
- Experience leading product transformations within a service-oriented business
- Deep understanding of AI integration and automation strategies
- Ability to partner directly with executive leadership to drive revenue growth
- Strong background in product analytics and data-driven decision making
Preferred
- Experience within a high-growth startup or tech ecosystem like Genesis
- Background in outsourcing or customer support technology sectors
- Previous experience in a C-level or VP of Product capacity
