Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's long-term vision into actionable product roadmaps and metrics
• Establish and lead a robust product vertical capable of managing the entire lifecycle
• Foster a data-centric culture focused on rapid experimentation and hypothesis testing
• Ensure product quality and user utility remain the primary KPIs for the organization
• Mentor the product team and align technology strategies with business objectives

Essential

• Minimum of 7 years in product management with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
• Proven track record of launching or successfully revitalizing major products
• Extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of products or large-scale initiatives
• Deep expertise in UX design, growth hacking, and monetization strategies within B2B2C ecosystems
• Background in high-competition sectors such as e-commerce or social platforms
• Strong mastery of Agile methodologies and systematic product processes

Preferred

• Direct experience or a deep professional interest in the iGaming industry
• Experience building platform-based solutions or multi-user ecosystems
• Knowledge of Tier-1 market standards and consumer behavior
