Key Responsibilities
- Conducting cross-departmental meetings to identify marketing and promotional requirements
- Translating newsroom needs into clear briefs for designers, analysts, and performance managers
- Maintaining and overseeing the comprehensive master marketing calendar
- Identifying and resolving project bottlenecks to ensure deadlines are met
- Facilitating internal syncs, preparing agendas, and tracking action items

Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, account management, or marketing operations

- Expertise in collaborative tools such as Google Workspace
