- Designing and implementing the future organizational and executive leadership model
- Leading existing operations across energy, retail, and real estate sectors
- Advancing Indigenous economic development through commercially disciplined strategies
- Managing complex relationships with government and community stakeholders
Essential
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Extensive background in senior executive roles with enterprise-wide accountability
- Proven experience in building organizational structures and scaling complex operations
- Demonstrated ability to form and lead high-performing executive teams
- Experience in Board governance and operating within public or community-accountable environments
- Legal right to work in Canada
Preferred
- Graduate degree such as an MBA or equivalent
- Track record in government relations at Provincial and Federal levels
- Experience specifically within Indigenous economic development
