Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding and backend account setup process
- Coordinate internal kickoff activities to bridge the gap between sales and delivery
- Maintain and optimize standardized onboarding checklists and documentation
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for all onboarding logistics and troubleshooting
- Manage project close-out procedures to ensure data integrity and client satisfaction
Essential
- Proven experience in a high-velocity administrative or coordination role
- Ability to manage over 100 active accounts and concurrent workstreams
- Professionalism required to interface with C-Suite executives and senior leadership
- Expertise in managing the end-to-end account setup and backend configuration process
- Capability to facilitate seamless handoffs from Sales to Delivery teams
- Proactive nature with a focus on resolving blockers before they escalate
Preferred
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
- Familiarity with RevOps or GTM consultancy environments
- Experience with the SPORT framework (Strategy, Process, Organization, Reporting, Technology)
