Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end client onboarding and backend account setup process
  • Coordinate internal kickoff activities to bridge the gap between sales and delivery
  • Maintain and optimize standardized onboarding checklists and documentation

  • Manage project close-out procedures to ensure data integrity and client satisfaction

Essential

  • Proven experience in a high-velocity administrative or coordination role
  • Ability to manage over 100 active accounts and concurrent workstreams
  • Professionalism required to interface with C-Suite executives and senior leadership
  • Expertise in managing the end-to-end account setup and backend configuration process
  • Capability to facilitate seamless handoffs from Sales to Delivery teams
  • Proactive nature with a focus on resolving blockers before they escalate

Preferred

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
  • Familiarity with RevOps or GTM consultancy environments
  • Experience with the SPORT framework (Strategy, Process, Organization, Reporting, Technology)
