- Direct the overall strategic and operational goals for Kansas City PBS and The Bridge 90.9 FM
- Oversee the management of a state-of-the-art headquarters and creative facility
- Represent the organization to donors, community leaders, and the public
- Ensure the long-term financial sustainability and growth of the media brands
- Foster an inclusive and innovative workplace culture
Essential
- Proven executive leadership experience in a media or mission-driven environment
- Ability to manage multi-platform operations including TV, radio, and digital
- Strategic vision for the future of public media
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
- Strong financial acumen and operational management skills
Preferred
- Experience in public broadcasting (PBS/NPR) systems
