Key Responsibilities
- Direct the global 13-week cash forecasting process and ensure data integrity
- Serve as the primary administrator and optimization lead for the Kyriba system
- Develop sophisticated models for interest income and expense forecasting
- Collaborate with FP&A and Tax departments to synchronize forecasting inputs
- Provide executive-level commentary on cash variances and liquidity trends
- Supervise and coach a small team of treasury staff
Essential
- Extensive background in corporate treasury or specialized finance functions
- Proven track record in managing complex cash flow forecasting and liquidity cycles
- Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Kyriba or an equivalent Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Ability to operate effectively within a large-scale multinational corporate structure
- Strong analytical skills for modeling interest expenses and income variances
Preferred
- Experience leading and mentoring a small team of finance professionals
- Demonstrated ability to implement or optimize treasury technology solutions
- Advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
