Key Responsibilities
- Direct the month-end closing process and prepare all necessary journal entries
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain detailed roll-forward schedules
- Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages for management review
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare all required documentation and schedules
- Identify and implement efficiencies to automate and streamline accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related academic field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in cost accounting, internal audit, consolidation, and tax
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax compliance requirements
Preferred
- Experience with system enhancements and automation initiatives
