Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical and health status assessments for acutely ill patients
• Develop and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Execute medical interventions and monitor patient responses in real-time
• Document clinical data accurately and promptly within the medical record
• Lead and delegate tasks to other team members to ensure efficient unit operations
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care strategies

Essential

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Competency in providing care for adolescent through adult patient populations
• Proficiency in utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation
• Capability to supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff

Preferred

• Previous experience in a critical care or intensive care setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation
