- Reporting on key operational metrics to identify profitability risks and opportunities
Essential
- Over 10 years of advancing leadership experience in operations, wholesale, retail, or multi-site distribution
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, geographically dispersed field operations at an executive level
- Expertise in financial and analytical modeling to drive network-wide performance
- Experience leading change management and operational transformation projects
- Ability to manage dotted-line reporting relationships across multiple divisions
Preferred
- Experience with facility relocations, expansions, and large-scale capital projects
- Advanced knowledge of loss prevention and audit compliance programs
