Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for all national branches to ensure service consistency

Essential

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in commercial landscaping operations
  • Extensive experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple regions
  • Deep financial acumen with direct oversight of multi-million-dollar P&L accounts
  • Proven track record of driving margin expansion and operational efficiency
  • Willingness to travel frequently on a national scale
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Preferred

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent advanced degree
  • Direct experience with M&A integration and aligning acquired entities
  • Background in high-volume labor-intensive service industries
