• Manage and optimize learning technologies to ensure seamless delivery of content
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives to senior leadership

• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences
• Experience building leadership capabilities across various organizational levels
• Expertise in creating scalable educational solutions across multiple modalities
• Strong facilitation skills for both in-person and virtual environments
• Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and HR stakeholders
• Proficiency in learning technology and instructional design principles

Preferred

• Experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing industry
• Advanced knowledge of modern Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience in organizational development and change management
