- Partner with the CEO on fundraising, market conviction, and go-to-market strategy
- Recruit and mentor a world-class team of data scientists and developers

- Drive the AI/ML roadmap to automate compliant content generation
Essential
- Proven track record as a startup entrepreneur or founding-level technologist
- Deep expertise in designing and refining engineering architectures for SaaS
- Ability to build and lead high-performing data science and software engineering teams
- Experience in developing AI/ML models for complex data analysis
- Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
