Key Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise strategy for AI agent deployment and management at scale
- Develop metrics for Digital Worker Impact (DWI) and AI workforce ROI
- Own the roadmap for the PharmAI orchestration platform and its integration with the Cortex genAI platform
- Partner with senior executives to align AI initiatives with enterprise business goals
- Establish compliance-ready governance models for AI innovation
Essential
- Proven leadership in establishing and driving enterprise-level software product strategies
- Deep technical understanding of AI systems, specifically generative AI and autonomous agents
- Experience defining product roadmaps for complex, multi-platform software ecosystems
- Ability to establish governance models for AI that balance innovation with regulatory compliance
- Experience in measuring business impact and ROI for digital transformation initiatives
Preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Background in managing 'platform-of-platforms' or orchestration software
- Experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders on organizational change
