  • Ability to travel to client sites (MSO customers) and attend company offsites
  • Strong capability in proactive engagement and success planning
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth atmosphere with some ambiguity

Preferred

  • Experience specifically within the automotive or shop management software industry
  • Background in scaling Customer Success processes and motions
  • Previous experience managing 40-60 mid-market accounts simultaneously
