Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overarching strategic and operational leadership for US-based clinical activities
  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing clinical operations department
  • Ensure clinical trials meet budget, timeline, and GCP quality requirements
  • Collaborate with European leadership to harmonize global standards and systems
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational risks and bottlenecks
  • Drive the adoption of innovative tools and agile trial execution methodologies

Essential

  • Minimum of 8 years of Clinical Operations experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
  • At least 4 years of direct line management and departmental leadership experience
  • Proven track record in clinical project management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and resource allocation
  • Deep understanding of GCP compliance and clinical trial quality standards
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Specific experience in Oncology and Cell Therapy clinical trials
  • Experience working within a global or cross-functional organizational structure
  • Familiarity with TCR T-cell therapies and TCR bispecifics
