Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the enterprise-wide learning and development roadmap
- Lead and mentor a team of training professionals while managing department KPIs
- Design blended learning programs for leadership and frontline staff
- Partner with HR on talent reviews and high-potential identification
- Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the ROI of training initiatives
- Manage external vendors, training budgets, and logistics
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
- At least 5 years of experience in a people management or senior leadership capacity
- Proven track record in curriculum design and multi-level facilitation
- Experience managing training for diverse employee populations from frontline to executive
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
- Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, or HVAC sectors
- Professional certifications such as ATD or CIPD
- Specific experience with ADP Learning platforms
