Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the enterprise-wide learning and development roadmap
  • Lead and mentor a team of training professionals while managing department KPIs
  • Design blended learning programs for leadership and frontline staff
  • Partner with HR on talent reviews and high-potential identification
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the ROI of training initiatives
  • Manage external vendors, training budgets, and logistics

Essential

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in L&D, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
  • At least 5 years of experience in a people management or senior leadership capacity
  • Proven track record in curriculum design and multi-level facilitation
  • Experience managing training for diverse employee populations from frontline to executive
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Strong project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Preferred

  • Experience within industrial distribution, manufacturing, construction, or HVAC sectors
  • Professional certifications such as ATD or CIPD
  • Specific experience with ADP Learning platforms
