Key Responsibilities

  • Design and govern enterprise-wide base pay and incentive structures
  • Manage the full lifecycle of health, welfare, and retirement benefits
  • Lead annual merit cycles, salary planning, and market adjustment projects

  • Ensure total rewards programs meet all federal and state legal requirements

Essential

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
  • Comprehensive expertise in both compensation and benefits disciplines
  • Direct experience within the energy, utilities, or oil and gas sectors
  • Proven track record with executive compensation and equity-based programs
  • Proficiency in Oracle-based HR systems, specifically Oracle Cloud
  • Advanced capability in financial modeling and data analytics via Excel
