Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise-wide base pay and incentive structures
- Manage the full lifecycle of health, welfare, and retirement benefits
- Lead annual merit cycles, salary planning, and market adjustment projects
- Oversee third-party vendor evaluations and RFP processes
- Ensure total rewards programs meet all federal and state legal requirements
Essential
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity
- Comprehensive expertise in both compensation and benefits disciplines
- Direct experience within the energy, utilities, or oil and gas sectors
- Proven track record with executive compensation and equity-based programs
- Proficiency in Oracle-based HR systems, specifically Oracle Cloud
- Advanced capability in financial modeling and data analytics via Excel
