Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute an AI-first digital strategy to scale test volumes and reduce turnaround times
- Oversee the deployment of AI-assisted variant interpretation and clinical reporting tools
- Manage the architecture of cloud-native platforms and client-facing portals
- Lead the integration of genomic results into clinical workflows via Epic Aura
- Establish robust data governance and compliance frameworks for PHI and IP protection
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior executive digital leadership role
- Deep expertise in AI/ML deployment within a clinical or life sciences context
- Experience managing LIMS and genomics workflow orchestration
- Strong background in cloud-native platform architecture and software engineering
- Expertise in health system integrations, specifically Epic Aura enablement
- Knowledge of regulatory standards including HIPAA, CLIA, and CAP
- Ability to translate AI investments into measurable business growth and revenue
Preferred
- Experience in a high-growth genomics laboratory environment
