Key Responsibilities

• Direct the monthly and annual financial close and reporting cycles
• Manage external financial relationships and regulatory compliance

Essential

• 15 to 25 years of progressive experience in financial leadership
• Recent or current tenure as a CFO or VP of Finance
• Deep expertise in cost accounting and inventory management
• Proven track record in product-based industries such as manufacturing or distribution
• Experience leading ERP implementation or significant system optimization
• Background in hands-on roles like Controller or Director of Finance
• Residency in the Houston, TX metropolitan area

Preferred

• Experience transitioning outsourced finance functions to in-house teams
• Advanced knowledge of scalable financial planning models
• Strong background in margin analysis and working capital optimization
