Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overarching learning strategy for the associate and sales lifecycle
- Lead the 'Onboarding 2.0' initiative to accelerate new hire time-to-productivity
- Develop and oversee a tiered Sales Curriculum to evolve sellers into data-driven consultants
- Partner with HR and People Analytics to link learning outcomes to retention and internal mobility
- Design leadership development programs for emerging and existing people managers
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to integrate product updates into sales enablement
Essential
- Proven experience leading a Learning & Development or Sales Enablement function
- Ability to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy across a large organization
- Experience managing teams of learning designers and facilitators
- Track record of aligning training initiatives with business priorities and performance metrics
- Expertise in creating tiered, role-based learning paths (e.g., foundational to advanced)
- Ability to lead large-scale onboarding and leadership development programs
Preferred
- Experience within a retail media or high-growth advertising technology environment
- Advanced knowledge of sales methodology and consultative selling frameworks
- Strong background in People Analytics and HR partnership
