Key Responsibilities
- Accurately code and process a high volume of vendor invoices
- Execute daily check runs and manage ACH payment distributions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies
- Support the accounting team during month-end close procedures

Essential
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting software systems
- Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing
- Strong understanding of three-way matching (invoices, POs, and receiving docs)
Preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate growth environment
