Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategic direction for a multi-cloud AI platform supporting GenAI and predictive workloads
• Establish architectural standards for security, identity, and data access across the AI ecosystem
• Standardize pipelines for feature engineering, model validation, and deployment monitoring
• Lead the development of reference architectures for multi-agent systems and human-in-the-loop oversight
• Scale a semantic data layer to support conversational analytics and natural-language business intelligence

Essential

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Proven leadership experience in IT management or engineering at an executive level
• Deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, specifically AWS and Google Cloud
• Experience building and scaling MLOps pipelines and predictive modeling platforms
• Strong understanding of AI governance, including fairness, auditability, and explainability
• Ability to lead large, senior technical organizations including platform and reliability engineers

Preferred

• Experience in the insurance or highly regulated financial services industry
• Background in developing multi-agent AI systems and agentic workflows
• Familiarity with semantic layers and conversational BI tools like Looker or Snowflake
• Track record of improving developer experience (DevEx) within enterprise settings
