Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO and VP of Finance in all FP&A and strategic decision-making functions
- Develop and maintain financial models for RBNY, Red Bull Arena, and the Academy
- Collaborate with department heads to manage departmental budgets and forecasts
- Assess the profitability of proposed arena events and sponsorship deals via deal memos
- Produce the post-match Management Reporting Package and Daily Ticket Sales Reports
- Ensure compliance with Red Bull Global policies and controlling guidelines
Essential
- Ability to manage and improve complex financial models for diverse revenue streams
- Experience in creating detailed, bottom-up budgets and periodic forecasts
- Capability to perform P&L analysis for sponsorship and partnership deals
- Experience in identifying and communicating financial risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Ability to partner with legal teams to manage internal deal approval workflows
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting daily sales performance indicators
Preferred
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to drive projects in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable representing the organization to external partners
