Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight for a comprehensive range of adult clinical programs
- Advise the President & CEO on strategic clinical and operational matters
- Lead integrated clinical service planning across tertiary and quaternary services
- Ensure financial sustainability and compliance with Ministry and Board frameworks
- Drive the adoption of data-driven models to improve patient outcomes and flow
Essential
- Extensive experience in senior executive leadership within a complex healthcare environment
- Proven track record of driving large-scale organizational change and clinical transformation
- Experience managing multi-site operating and capital budgets within government-approved frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead adult regional and community programs including acute and post-acute care
- Strong background in evidence-based decision-making and operational acumen
