Key Responsibilities
- Identify and vet potential acquisition targets in media tech and public safety
- Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models for investment
- Lead the end-to-end transaction process including due diligence and legal coordination
- Structure and manage high-impact strategic partnerships to complement M&A
- Oversee post-acquisition integration to ensure GTM alignment and value capture
Essential
- Extensive background in corporate development, M&A, or investment strategy
- Proven track record of managing buy-side M&A transactions from sourcing to execution
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation frameworks, and P&L analysis
- Ability to engage and negotiate with founders, CEOs, and senior external stakeholders
- Experience working with product teams to deliver successful partner integrations
